Iceland Explorer Preview Night
From a landscape created by erupting volcanoes and crystalline glaciers to a national history rich in Viking heritage, get ready to discover the island nation of Iceland with the Walla Walla Valley Chamber of Commerce departing May 13, 2020!
Enjoy a panoramic Reykjavik City Tour and walk through Iceland’s timeline from settlement to present day during a visit the National Museum. Circumnavigate Iceland’s famed Golden Circle, a name given to the popular 190-mile circular route which encompasses many Iceland’s most famous landmarks including the Thingvellir National Park, Gullfoss Waterfall and Strokkur Geyser. Tour original Viking ships from the 11th-century, as well as “The Glendalough Sea Stallion”, a reconstruction of a war ship from the Viking age. Take a swim in the warm, mineral rich waters of the Blue Lagoon.
