Help us celebrate 100 years of preparing our youth for bright futures at Junior Achievement's Centennial Celebration at Walla Walla Country Club, 1390 Country Club Road, on Thursday, March 28th, from 5:00 – 7:30 pm. Enjoy a fun evening networking with your friends in the community that will include fine Walla Walla Valley wines, delicious hors d'oeuvres, domestic and imported beers, live music by the Whitman College Jazz Trio and a Live Auction featuring: • A "Time Away to Play" package - 2 round-trip tickets on Alaska Airlines and 5-7 nights lodging at the destination of your choice - Mazatlán, Mexico - Vancouver, Canada - Palm Springs - Sunriver, OR - or Las Vegas • "I've Got the Blues" package - An experience of a lifetime with the #1 (Hero Sports) and #2 (D3 Hoops) Nationally-Ranked Whitman Blues Men's Basketball Team! Includes being an assistant coach for 1 non-conference game and in the locker room and time out huddles with the players, 2019-2020 Season Family Pass, 1-Hour Private B-Ball instruction for son/daughter with Blues player, being the Ball Boy or Girl at 1 non-conference game, Team-signed Basketball, 4 Whitman T-Shirts; VIP Seating directly behind the Blues bench, Popcorn and Drinks for 1 non-conference game • "Wine and Dine" Package - The finest of wines, cocktails to compliment an exquisite menu prepared by two of Walla Walla's well-known people that love to cook! Private Party for 8 at their home to include transportation to and from your home by The Touring Company Guest Speaker - Eric Bridgeland, Head Men's Basketball Coach of the Whitman College "Blues." In his 11th season coaching and mentoring the #1 (Hero Sports) & #2 (D3 Hoops) Nationally-Ranked "Blues," Coach Bridge will talk about "empowering" our young people to be the best they can be both "on and off" the court. Matches perfectly with JA's mission of "empowering our youth to own their economic success!" While there is no cost to attend, the Centennial Celebration is JA's only fundraiser and will take the place of their annual breakfast at the Marcus Whitman. The Centennial Celebration will help support all of JA's programs and services across the Walla Walla Valley that help prepare our youth to dream big and know that anything is possible! We are asking for a minimum donation of $100 per person - "100 years, $100!" There will be a variety of payment methods and schedules available. Please join us at this Centennial Celebration to help ensure that our kids are 100% ready for success!
