Friday: 12pm - 10pm
Saturday: 8am - 11pm
Sunday: Morning Launches and Pancake Breakfast ONLY. Festival will close after breakfast.

The Champagne Reception, a Friday night gala, will be held at the Marcus Whitman Hotel & Conference Center beginning at 5:30 p.m. Tickets are $35.00 and must be purchased at the Chamber office prior to the Reception – tickets will not be available at the door.

We are no longer accepting vendors at this time.
**The Walla Walla County Fairgrounds DOES NOT provide water for vendors. Vendors are responsible for washing their own dishes and utensils. A three-step utensil washing station is highly recommended.**
**Vendor break down will take place between 8am and 1pm on Sunday. All Vendors must be packed up and off the premises by 1pm Sunday.**
**Food Vendors are required to submit a $150 refundable cleaning deposit in addition to their booth fees. Food Vendors must be checked out by a vendor coordinator prior to leaving on Sunday to ensure proper cleaning has taken place. Cleaning deposit will only be refunded if a vendor coordinator approves you for checkout.**
